In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone at 908-308-1211 (hours 7am - 2pm MST AZ) and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. If the product seal has been broken, the customer is responsible to pay the full product price. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. Refunds may take up to 7 to 14 business days. Customer product return instructions are as follows:
